Made from 1/2" wood materials versus the 1/8th inch thick therma-ply material used by many other builders. Someone wishing to break into a home can easily gain access by cutting through the vinyl siding and therma-ply material with a simple box knife. The 1/2" wood sheathing provides added structural strength as well as adding a margin of safety for your family.

Unlike most builders who charge extra for more than 3 television cables and 3 phone jacks, we provide these items in each bedroom, the kitchen, the great room, the bonus room, and in the living room. We also provide an abundance of recessed lighting as standard throughout the house.
